Terms & Conditions

Last updated 8 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Tumble ("we", "us"), the provider of the Tumble music platform at mytumble.app. By creating an account or continuing to use Tumble, you agree to these terms.

The service

Tumble is an audio platform for discovering and sharing underground music. Tumble Pro is an optional monthly subscription that adds profile banners and lets artists sell Early Listener badges. Early Listener badges are one-off digital collectibles that show you supported an artist early.

Your account

Acceptable use

You must not:

Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload. You give us a limited licence to host, stream and display it only so we can run Tumble. Rights holders can report infringing content to mytumble4ever@gmail.com, and we may remove it. Accounts that repeatedly infringe will be closed.

Our property

Tumble, its software, design and branding belong to us. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use it.

Payments, subscriptions and badges

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Stripe and its affiliates may act as the reseller for some orders and handle tax, receipts, fraud checks and payment disputes. Payment, billing, renewal, cancellation and cancellation are covered by Stripe's consumer terms. All sales are final and we don't offer refunds; see our Refund Policy. Badge buyers pay a 5% service fee.

Artists who sell badges are credited the badge price. Payouts are made by us on request once the minimum balance is reached and the 3-day hold has passed. We may withhold payouts linked to fraud, chargebacks or a breach of these terms.

Availability

We work to keep Tumble running well, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, Tumble is provided "as is" without implied warranties.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close your account for a serious breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. You can stop using Tumble at any time.

Liability

We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or data. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit, such as for fraud, death or personal injury.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes go to its courts. We may update these terms and will show the new date above. Questions: mytumble4ever@gmail.com.
